Piping Technology Team

		Durga D. Agrawal, Ph.D., P.E. President and CEO Dr. Durga Agrawal earned his master’s and doctorate in industrial engineering from the University of Houston after graduating with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the University of Delhi. In 1978, Durga established Piping Technology & Products, Inc. and since then acquired U.S. Bellows, Inc., Sweco Fab, Inc., Pipe Shields, Inc., and Fronek Anchor/Darling Enterprises. Durga serves on Several Department of Commerce ITAC committees, board member of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and the boards of several non-profit organizations.			R. K. Agrawal Vice President R.K. received his bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering and computer science at Rice University in Houston, TX. R.K. is one of the company's key managers, with direct oversight of the company's IT, software development and marketing departments and involvement in other special company projects and efforts.

		Randy Bailey Vice President Randy Bailey was born and raised in Longview, Texas and moved to Houston in 1971. He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from the University of Houston. Randy started PT&P with three employees performing stress analysis in 1978 and became the vice president in 1981. He currently manages PT&P and subsidiaries with over 700 employees.

		David Smith Manager of Administration and Material Control David Smith was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Houston. David has over 22 years experience in manufacturing, design and management and is one of our senior project engineers.			John T. Demusz Manager of U.S. Bellows John T. Demusz was born and raised in Dorchester, Massachusetts and moved to Houston in 1981. He received his associates degree from Lowell Institute and attended Boston College. John has over 50 years experience in expansion joints and is the manager of U.S. Bellows, Inc.

		Courtney Chadwell General Manager of Manufacturing Courtney Chadwell was born in Lafayette, Indiana and raised in Deer Park, Texas. He attended the University of Houston where he received his bachelor's in political science and english. Courtney began his career at PT&P as a welder and became a project manager after he graduated from college. He has over 10 years of experience in fitting and welding and is now the General Manager of Manufacturing.			Alan Cooper Engineering Manager Alan Cooper has more than 40 years of in-depth, hands-on experience in engineering design and supervision for the petrochemical, oil and gas and energy industries. Educated in the U.K. and a Houston resident for over 30 years, Alan has been a member of the PT&P team for over 10 years now and is the manager of engineering.

		Ram Garg Engineering Manager Ram Garg was born and raised in India, Haryeana state. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Premier Institute of Delhi University in 1975. Ram has extensive training in power plant equipments engineering, manufacturing, quality and construction. He also specializes in nuclear and project management and manages PT&P's engineering department.			Ray Walker Manager of Accounting Ray Walker was born and raised in Cameron, Texas and moved to Houston, TX in 1957. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Houston. Ray has many years of experience in oil and gas/manufacturing as controller and currently manages PT&P's accounting department.

		David Baker Field Service and International Business Manager David Baker was born and raised in Parkersburg, West Virginia and moved to Houston, TX in 1994. He received his bachelor's degree in science and chemical engineering from West Virginia University and his master's degree in business administration from University of Phoenix. David has over 15 years experience with pipe supports, on-site surveys, inspections, installation and maintenance. He is the manager of PT&P's Field Service division, as well as the International Business Manager.			Jerry Godina Engineer Training Development Manager Jerry Godina was born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan and moved to Houston, Texas in 1997. He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Jerry has over 13 years experience as a pipe support designer and manages PT&P's engineer training development program. He also inspects existing supports, consults on site remediation projects and oversees installation on a regular basis.

		Aundrela Durham Small and Fast Quotations Manager Aundrela Durham was born and raised in Houston, TX. She attended Houston Community College seeking a career in nursing, during which time she acquired employment with PT&P. Aundrela has over 20 years experience in sales of pipe hangers and supports and is currently the inside sales and quotations manager.			Alan Henrikson Manager of QA/QC Alan Henrickson was born and raised in North Dakota and moved to Houston in 1993. He received his associates degree in business from Clark College in Vancouver, Washington and achieved his PSCM-C and PMP certificates from the University of Houston. Alan has over 35 years experience in Pipe Support, Pressure Vessel, Vacuum Chamber, Cold Box Design and Manufacturing in a Project Management, Procurement and Quality Assurance capacity.
