Piping Technology & Products, Inc. manufactured cryogenic pipe anchorsfor gas refinery in Savannah, Georgia. The pipe anchors were fabricated with stainless steel and insulated with polyurethane foam. In order to prevent cold pumping, better known as temperature driven moisture penetration, polyurethane foam was poured around a stainless steel reinforcing pad. The ten cryogenic pipe anchors were fabricated to support 4-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch pipes. PT&P’s pre-insulated pipe supports department is devoted to the production of pipe insulation productions for both hot and cold applications.
