<p>Piping Technology and Products, Inc. designed and manufactured six flexible <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.pipingtech.com/products/ptpcat/spring/vibration/index.html">pipe restraints</a> for an oil refinery in Texas.  These flexible pipe restraints, with the overall length ranging from 14&#8243; to 30&#8243;, are designed to restrain movements of the piping system. They are manufactured by welding a 2 1/2&#8243; SCH.80 galvanized casing pipe between 2&#215;2 1/2&#8243; flexible ball joints. Some also have a 2&#8243; SCH. 80 pipe end welded to the swivel stem of the ball joints for length adjustments during installation.</p>
