PT&P designed adjustable pipe saddle supports fabricated from A240 Gr 304 stainless steel, for a Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation Project in Florida. The pipe saddles are stanchion type supports designed for 10″ and 16″ pipe sizes, and can be vertically adjusted +/- 3″ by turning the middle section of the seamless pipe.

48 Pipe Saddle Supports for a Utility Company

Piping Technology and Products, Inc. designed and manufactured over fifty saddle supports for a utility company in Glent, Kentucky.  These structural supports were built for 48, 26 and 14 field pipes. Their dimensions range from 50 to 75″ in height and 24 to 36 in width. The structural supports were manufactured from A-36 structural steel and were coated with a custom paint as per customer request.

Three Segments 120° 72” diameter Saddle Support with Neoprene Backing

PT&P fabricated various sized saddle supports used to support water mains for the city of Houston.  The pipe saddles, ranging from 30”-72” in length and 12” in width are made to cover 1/3 of the pipe’s circumference. They are made of A-304 stainless steel with a neoprene backing.

These saddles are used to provide a sliding surface between metal water mains and concrete base supports at fault crossings. The neoprene backing helps to dissipate any shock loads and provides an anti-skid surface at the fault crossing locations.
