<p>Sweco Fab, Inc. recently fabricated an Air Receiver Tank for a Manufacturing Facility in Alabama. This 5,400 lbs <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.pipingtech.com/products/fabricated.htm">tank</a> measured 60&#8243;  143&#8243; tangent to tangent and was designed for 170 PSIG and 200 F. It was fabricated from SA516-70 carbon steel. The interior and exterior were painted with standard epoxy paint to provide an interior lining and exterior protection. The tank was hydrotested at 221 PSIG to ensure product quality.</p>

<p>Sweco Fab, Inc. recently designed and manufactured sludge tank <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.pipingtech.com/products/fabricated.htm">vent ducts</a> for a development project in Chad, Africa.</p>
<p>Due to the thin wall and height of the cylinder shell it was required to add a stiffing ring between the cylinder shell and flange. Each duct was 12 ¼&#8221; I.D. x 104 7/8&#8243; high and weighed approximately 96 pounds. They were painted inside and out per System 6E grey color.</p>
