How can I install Glass Reinforced pipe shoes on metal pipe? |

When trying to attach glass reinforced pipe shoes on metal pipe, the biggest challenge would be to provide an insert at the clamping surface to alter the diameter of the shoe clamps. Some common methods of accomplishing this include installation of flexible liner material such as neoprene or rubber or adding pre-fabricated structural component which would act as a spacer between the pipe O.D. and the shoe I.D. |
