Piping Technology and Products, Inc. designed and manufactured six flexible pipe restraints for an oil refinery in Texas.  These flexible pipe restraints, with the overall length ranging from 14" to 30", are designed to restrain movements of the piping system. They are manufactured by welding a 2 1/2" SCH.80 galvanized casing pipe between 2x2 1/2" flexible ball joints. Some also have a 2" SCH. 80 pipe end welded to the swivel stem of the ball joints for length adjustments during installation.
