Responsibilities of this position include by may not be limited to:
Working with material analysts and project engineers to identify cost reduction opportunities
Gathering and interpreting relevant data such as costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc. in order to forecast to suppliers' commitment schedule to ensure parts availability for projects and developing recommendations to support planning and operations of our production of patented pipe support products
Investigating problems, find root causes, and develop solutions
Working with vendors, customers and plants in resolving supply chain issues.
Working with Component Engineers for new supplier designs.
Ensuring required supplier contracts are current and loaded into system.
Ensuring that Preferred Supplier Lists are kept updated and current.
Resolving price/payment discrepancies
Coordinating delivery schedules and other supply chain activities
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience Supply Chain Management. |

Responsible for designing and generating 3D models for various pipe supports used in critical piping systems of power plants, refineries, and chemical process plants. Conducting preliminary design based on specifications and load-displacement data at stress nodes. Closely overseeing the manufacturing flow process and keep the client up to date on various stages of fabrication.
Requirements:
MS in Mechanical Engineering
1 year relevant work expereince and knowledge of FEA & 3D CAD |
