PTFE, 25% Glass Filled Slide Plates

PTFE, 25% glass filled slide plates are primarily used in low heat and high velocity conditions; however, this material can be used in high heat applications in conjunction with other materials. We also use this type of slide plate where there is high wear resistance, no surface treatments necessary or is unaffected by weather conditions. View Product Information

Bronzphite® Slide Plates

Bronzphite® is best suited for high loads, low-velocity applications and in places where the use of oil or grease is undesirable or unfeasible. Bronze plates impregnated with graphite will also handle temperatures up to positive 1100 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, Bronzphite® plates are suited for high-pressure systems with a load of up to 5000 PSI. View Product Information

Marinite® Slide Plates

Marinite® is a higher density insulation formed from Calcium Silicate, which is light weight, has a low bulk density, a low thermal conductivity, a high temperature and chemical resistance. We generally provide Marinite® as a rectangular slide plate assembly consisting of a Marinite® insulator block sandwiched between a stainless steel top and bottom plate. View Product Information

Graphite Slide Plates

Graphite slide plates can be used in place of PTFE, 25% glass filled slide plates for higher temperature applications. Pure Graphite Slide Plates are recommended for those systems which produce exceptional pressure and heat. With a range of up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit for ambient conditions and 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit for inert settings, graphite slide plates can also handle up to 2000 PSI. View Product Information
