Check Project/Job Shipment Status
Using PT&P's Customer Desktop, you can check the shipping status of your projects and jobs from anywhere in the world, at anytime of day or night.

SECURITY: Our security model only allows users access to Projects and Jobs that you have specifically requested and have been granted access to.  Thus, you can't view someone else's project/job information and other people cannot view your project/job information.

ACCURACY: Information contained in our database is updated once a day and comes directly from our in-house shipping system.  Status information seen online is the same information that PT&P uses in-house.

INTEGRATION WITH EXCEL: You can copy and paste information from our online database directly into Microsoft Excel for generating up-to-date material status reports, or data import files.

Register for an account:

Register for a pipingtech.com Customer Desktop account and specify which projects and which jobs you require access to.

Login once your account has been approved:

Browse your Project and Jobs!

From here, you can drill down from the project level or job level to mark #s, shipment #s, to obtain detailed information including ship dates, shipping carrier (ex: Yellow, UPS Red, Will-Call) and shipping tracking numbers.
